* Planning Consulting and Planning Permission applications.
If you are considering a small extension, you may not need planning permission, we can review your ideas, design the extensions and alterations and advise you on your planning requirments. We can apply for Exemption certificates or planning permission for you, as required. We deal with Galway County and City Council on a regular basis.
* 3D CAD.
We can modeling your existing house and then add the extension design to the model in 3D so you can walk through your vertual extension prior to finalising the design.
* Energy Consulting.
Using our knowladge and experiance in construction, combined with our state of the art technology and energy rating services we can model your building and advise you on how best to go forward with home improvments or new house designs or extensions, from an energy point of view. We try to be practical and targe the best rating that suits you within reason, ensuring compliance with the building regulations.
* Design Team formation and Co-Ordination.
We have worked with Galways civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers over the years, and have developed great relationships. We can tender your project to these and other consultants for you as and when needed, and help you select your ideal design team.
We are suitably qualified and fully insured to carry out all of the above.
